Interested in being mentored, have a question, is there something I can help with?
Growing up RJ Hernandez was a shy, short, chubby kid with no fashion sense and no clue. Over time by using methods provided by mentors, using logic, and studying successful people did he through trial and error create a life to be able to give back from. If you have any questions, concerns, issues that you are dealing with in your life, ask and we'll see how we can help. We will be dealing with concepts like emotions, logic, love, fear, anger, how to stand out, opportunities, career ideas, and more.
Today, RJ is a seasoned real estate professional with a mission that goes beyond building homes—he's dedicated to building futures. With over two decades of experience in residential development, RJ has led projects worth over $1 billion. His expertise spans land acquisition, design, construction, and long-term planning.
As someone who carved his path from humble beginnings, RJ now invests in the next generation by mentoring students. Whether he's speaking to a group or giving one-on-one guidance, RJ breaks down the real-world skills schools don’t teach—like financial literacy, professional mindset, and how to turn ambition into action. He believes in preparing young adults not just for college or careers, but for life.
A proud Southern California native, RJ has developed projects across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. He holds a degree in Sociology from UC Riverside and studied business management at the University of Sussex in England.
When he’s not managing developments or mentoring future leaders, RJ enjoys salsa dancing, pushing for education reform, and spending time with his two daughters—who remain his greatest motivation.
