Since 2003, RJ Hernandez has become a proven leader in the residential real estate industry, coupling his tenacity and results oriented personality with skill and experience in land, site design, architecture, construction, and strategy, for Fortune500 real estate investment firms, covering over $1 billion in assets, including Centex Homes, Richmond American, and K. Hovnanian, among others.  RJ has been directly involved in the development, building, and remodeling of thousands of homes and ADUs throughout Southern California.  Focusing on real estate, as an investment, is RJ's passion.  Competitive by nature, RJ has a keen eye for details and works to stay ahead of the big picture, such as market conditions. 

A native to Southern California, RJ has lived coastal and inland-- in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and is familiar with the dynamics of these markets from first hand experience.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, from the University of California Riverside and also attended the University of Sussex in Brighton, England where he emphasized in business management.  Today, RJ is always on the go throughout Southern California.  When he isn’t negotiating deals or designing homes, he mentors youth, is passionately engaged on the topic of Education Reform, enjoys salsa dancing, and shares time with his two daughters, 7 and 5 years of age.
