One of my top most passions is mentoring. 

It is fun to engage others, learn from each other, and help build each other up.  This can only lead to positive things in society.

For many years I have mentored young adults, and these days now also new fathers.

Young adults often find themselves not even at a cross roads but looking at a vast field ahead with no sense of direction or momentum.  Working together, I have assisted youth to identify either a calling that they gravitated to or a way to effectively sample different disciplines toward finding "their place.".

As a father myself, I learned through trial by fire and I work to help other new-er fathers and families to avoid similar trials.  My hope is that it will help make their family unit stronger, which can only help to better society.

Of course, Real Estate mentorship is also something I can assist with.

I do one-on-one mentorship, I have spoken to groups, and I also do "active mentorship" meaning mentorship while doing something else like kayaking, hiking, etc.
